I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The cleanliness was exceptional and the hotel facilities were great. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which was delicious. The location was convenient and transportation was easily accessible. I was very impressed with the hotel and its staff.
Could not be improved in any way.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They made me feel welcome right from the start. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and beautiful balcony. The housekeeping service was excellent, ensuring that everything was neat and tidy. I also appreciated the amenities provided, such as the free toiletries and kitchenette. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

The hotel lacked proper maintenance and cleanliness. The rooms were not properly cleaned, with dirty cutlery and cobwebs in some areas.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area, with 6 pools for both young and older children to enjoy. Guests praise the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the excellent food provided. the rooms are comfortable and equipped with necessary amenities.
There is a major issue with mosquitoes and spiders in the hotel, which can be a significant inconvenience.

The pool area was very nice and well-maintained. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with useful information about the nearby attractions. the location was great, as we were able to walk to most places we wanted to go. the complimentary breakfast was a nice start to our days.
The room was quite small and not very clean. There were some stains on the sheets and the bathroom was not in the best condition.
